mistreated, misplaced, misunderstood | [cs=2] ✗ WORDS blah blah ✗ TAGS anyone ✗ NOTES sexy stuff and threesomes | | Acres upon acres of white flowers blanket the flat land. Their scent floating in the air for anyone to smell them. For a normal human just standing in the area was enough for them to smell the fragrance, but for a Youkai with heightened senses they could smell it miles away. From a far away glance you would think that there was still snow on the ground. Soft petals that every so often rise into the air as the flower dies in a tragic manner. Now what stood out from the soft white petals was a black mass kneeling down.
His fur greatly stood out from the white flowers. Quietly the youkai picks up the flowers one by one. Surprisingly despite his sharp nails not a single flower is damaged as they are plucked from the ground and placed into a black bag on his waist. Picking one flower and instead of placing it into the bag, he raises it up to his nose and takes a small whiff of the flower. Yes, this is truly the flower he had last found to his use long ago. He never made the habit of coming frequently to such a beautiful place. He did not like disrupting the natural death of these flowers. A natural death always seemed to beautiful to him and to see the petals of these flowers rise into the air truly is a sight to behold.
His intentions of coming here were purely to harvest a few flowers so that he may make a remedy for the newest poison that those humans have made. It has become annoying when he would find youkai or even hanyous crawling to his cave dying from their poisons. They coughed up enough blood to make the anei youkai frown at the mess on his cave floor. So he had studied the corpses of dead youkai and hanyou to see how the poison was made, and even found a few living subjects. He had managed to find out that the last of his white flowers could cure the poison for one lucky youkai. He'd rather much waste his time picking flowers to cure these unlucky souls then clean up their dead corpses. Not to mention there may possibly be a time when he may be afflicted with this poision. It was better to be safe then sorry.
Seeing that he had picked enough flowers that he wouldn't need to pick any for quite some time he starts to get up before he stops to look at the flowers. His mind reminding him of the ways many human children have played with flowers and what they could make from them. Having this strange urge to make a flower crown he crouches down once again and slowly picks the flowers as he sets to work on his little project. His sullen face never shows any indication to the amusement he gets from trying to figure out how those human girls did it and if anything. He found it a challenge to recreate what those little girls made. A youkai like him should probably not be thinking of such things, not even associate with those humans but his intrigue for the race made him forget those little things he was taught as a child. | [cs=2] |

Dai's large white ears twitched, the sound of movement in the trees ringing through them. His head darted in the direction of the sounds, seeing the various creatures in the trees. He wondered why they couldn't just be quiet and let him sleep. The bush he was using as a bed was uncomfortable, and he turned over on it. A small squirrel slowly walked over and began to stare at him. Dai extended a finger towards the squirrel, and lightly poked it. Through his finger he sent a charge that sent an excruciating pain throughout the squirrel.
A light chuckle escaped from his mouth as he watched the squirrel run off. "Foolish animals, nya." His eyes closed again and felt no remorse for shocking the squirrel. Dai began to fall asleep once again, but was suddenly jolted awake by the sound of a bird. Annoyed, he stood up, and cleaned himself off. Dai left the small area of trees, into a large field of white flowers.
His large red eyes scanned over the huge field of flowers. He tried make out any signs of life, but only saw an endless sea of white. As he was about to stop his search for life, his eyes caught sight of what looked like a man picking the flowers, far in the distance. Dai's ears perked up a little in curiosity and he wondered what would be the best way to approach the man without being noticed. He suddenly dropped down onto his belly and began his slow journey to the man.
Dai reached the man right as he seemed to be finishing picking flowers. He stayed at a distance, being a few meters away from the man. The smell of the flowers masked the scent of the man. His ears perked up from over the flowers, and began to twitch at the feeling. Dai watched intently as the man bagged the flowers, and seemed to be done. Then his curiosity piqued as he saw the man attempting to make something from the flowers. Dai slowly stood up and walked behind the man, tugging his shirt. In a soft voice, Dai spoke to the man, "What are you doing, nya?"

mistreated, misplaced, misunderstood | [cs=2] ✗ WORDS blah blah ✗ TAGS anyone ✗ NOTES sexy stuff and threesomes | | A faint smile crosses the youkai's lips. His actions stopping for a few seconds before returns back to his work. So far his flowers were starting to look like what he wanted, but what could he possibly do with this? Of course the reason for his smile could be the answer to such a question. So he ignored it, allowed the little child to think he was sneaking up to this old youkai. Children are such peculiar things that have such a sense of adventure for almost everything and a great imagination. What's more is the curious nature which Shi had always approved with a child. How could a little thing not learn stuff if they do not question and explore? It seemed rather logical to him, but then again other people have different opinions.
When the child rose from the blossoms to walk over to Shi he did start to think that children are such peculiar things. Most beings, even some youkai, would steer clear of him purely out of his appearance. Long black hair framing a face that looks to belong to a woman and horns adorned on his head. His black fur covered most of his body save for his chest and a portion of his lower torso. He had a necklace made of bones and his fingers long with sharp nails that could tear flesh. Looking down at the boy, even kneeling down as he was, he gave the child a sweet smile. So sweet it almost looked sickly to anyone that would dare to look for too long.
Hearing the boy's question he continues to work on the crown of flower before he stretches it out lightly and places it on the boy's head. Making sure to be careful with the child's ears as he fitted the flowers neatly into the kid's hair. Admiring his work, he stands up and chuckles lightly. Thinking what he did should answer the child's question he doesn't bother to mention any further about the flowers. Rather ramble off like the old Youkai that his is."Hana o koka sa seru. These flowers have a certain potent that can combat even the strongest of poisons.
"It's said to be a plant that was created along side the Ringenkai plant. A miasma curing plant." Shi looks off into the distance with a blank look on his face. Before he just suddenly plops himself down onto the ground. Yet he doesn't cause a thud to happen, and no noise comes from the fall. He just sits there in the flowers with a thoughtful look on his face. Perhaps he should go harvest the Ringenkai as well. Perhaps it can do just about the same amount of curing power as these flowers. Maybe if he mixed the two plants together it could become a super antidote. The anei just scratches his head with a thoughtful noise coming from him.
He almost forgets that the child is there for a second and looks back to see if the child had run away already. They do have a very attention span, so he wouldn't be surprised. He could tell that child was a full youkai, neko if he could guess correctly. Shi could be easily content with just sitting there and watching the little child do whatever fancies him, but he knew that Dai probably wouldn't be amused by a silent, sitting man. A smile forms on the anei's face as he comes up with an amusing game. "Little boy, can you guess what I am?" The sick sweet smile forms on his features. "If you can, I'll tell you a secret." | [cs=2] |

Dai grinned widely, sharp white fangs gleaming in the sunlight. The Foreign object upon his head made his ears twitch slightly. He reached up and adjusted the small crown a little so that it kept off his ears. Very rarely did he like anything touching his ears. Dai's ears were his weak spot, so they were very sensitive. His large red eyes scanned over the man, who Dai only really saw from a distance. The mans speech made him laugh lightly. Dai blinked a few times, wondering why the man thought him to be a child
Dai's body was small, reaching only up to the man's chest at best. But his mind was old, seeing many things throughout his time. Dai's blue hair, and red eyes set him apart from most children. He was garbed in a simple white and blue haori with no shoes. Dai continued to think for a long minute, almost forgetting the man had even said anything. He then picked up one of the flowers, and bit it, curious of it's taste. Almost immediately, a look of disgust passed over his face as he turned his head and spat out the chewed up flower. "Disgusting, nya!" he tried cleaning his tongue with his sleeve.
His focus shifted back to the man, remembering his question. "What you are, nya?" he said, looking the man over multiple times. Dai kept particular note of the horns and the particular furriness. "I know, nya!" shouting out, excitement in his eyes. Waiting a minute, as to build up the suspension, he then proclaimed, "You're a goat, nya!" The grin persisted after he said this, a light laugh escaping his mouth. "Can I call you Yagi-sama, nya?" His red eyes looked up at the man.
"Yagi-sama is collecting flowers, nya?" Dai sat beside the man, leaning his head gently on the mans arm. "Sounds like fun, nya," he closed his eyes after saying this. Dai began to slip into the realm of sleep, but kept himself awake by humming. His curiosity came back, and he wondered what the man would do, when a small shock was introduced. He put a hand on the mans leg, sending a very weak shock into the mans body. His humming grew louder after the shock was introduced, as he patiently waited for the man's response.

mistreated, misplaced, misunderstood | [cs=2] ✗ WORDS blah blah ✗ TAGS anyone ✗ NOTES sexy stuff and threesomes | | Shi is an old youkai so it's only natural that he would refer to Dai as a child. Even all these plants are probably younger than him. He even called an old human man a baby. So perhaps compared to a human this little guy is old, but to all the youkai he's only but a child. All in all, Dai is a kid even the neko eating the flower out of curiosity made that apparent. Shi chuckles at the sight and only gives a hint of amusement towards the neko. There would be no point in jibing him about eating foreign things since Dai probably wouldn't even listen to him.
Though of course the most amusement he's had in such long years would be how Dai responded to his little game. He of course said nothing on the subject on whether or not he is a goat youkai rather he just gave the child a sweet sickly smile. His mind pondering of the fact that Dai would always end his sentences with a 'nya'. Which also made him think why the neko would always do that. Recalling that Dai asked him a question on calling him Yagi-sama, he stares into those red orbs with his black ones in return. Gives a tilt of the head and smiles. He really never cared what people called him. It was always different from person to person. He was once called Himiko when he decided to look like a human girl. That incident is a long story, and not something he really wants to remember.
Humming coming from one side causes him to realize that Dai was leaning on his arm after dazing off in his own memories. If anything Dai looked a little tired to him, but he made no mention of it. Just raised a hand and patted the boy gently on the head. Putting his hand back into his lap he looks off into the horizen where a huddle of trees were. Then something zapped him. It wasn't anything leathel and actually he probably shouldn't have cared about it but his hair suddenly lashed out towards Dai. His hair attempting to wrap themselves around the boy's tiny neck and choke him for that shock. It was all out of reflexes really, but when he realized what he had done he didn't slacken his hairs if they did connect with the child. His face turning towards Dai with a dangerous look in his eye. The kid may have done this merely out of curiosity, but a child should know better than to mess with a youkai far more powerful than him.
"Little boy, you should be careful." Shi says monotony. His face a sullen expression, but his eyes still held that dangerous look to them. "It would not be good if these pretty flowers were dyed red." He motions towards all the flowers and picking one up and crushing it in his hand. Letting the soft wind that formed to blow the petals away into the horizon. | [cs=2] |

Dai winced, feeling the hairs on his neck. A slight grin passed over his face, and he started to chuckle. "Yagi-sama is silly, nya." Dai's gaze shifted to the man, the grin growing. His eyes closed and his head fell forward and slammed against the man's upper arm. Dai quickly slipped into the realm of sleep. In his dreams he replayed the battle over and over again, each time the same outcome. When he slammed his head, it replayed over and over again in his mind, like someone was repeatedly rewinding and playing it. It sped up, he heard the crack of his head in rapid fire.
Dai's eyes shot open, his heart was racing. Beads of sweat made their way down his forehead. Dai was only asleep for around five minutes, yet in his mind it seemed like an hour. He glanced left to right, then looked in front of him, shocked at what he saw. "W-who are you, nya?" He looked the man over with a look of curiosity, as if he had never seen him. Dai's eyes then focused on the horns, and all memories came rushing back to him, "Yagi-sama! What happened, nya?" He began to pet the fur on Shi's arm. His memory seemed to work in weird ways, it confused even him sometimes.
He began to stare at the flowers, mesmerized by their gentle swaying back and forth. He observed a flower dieing, it's petals floating up towards the sky. His hand continued to pet Shi's fur, trying to recall what happened after Dai had shocked the man. The memory failed to resurface, so Dai simply put the matter aside and turned back to look at the man. "Yagi-sama, where is your destination, nya?" he pondered, hoping he worded it right, his true curiosity was to where the demon planned to head next. Dai had no destination, he simply went where he saw interesting. But Shi interested him, so Dai wondered if he would be a good person to follow.

mistreated, misplaced, misunderstood | [cs=2] ✗ WORDS blah blah ✗ TAGS anyone ✗ NOTES sexy stuff and threesomes | | He had seen quite a few odd cases in his time. He had seen beings seem perfectly fine one moment then be consumed by a madness that caused them to dissect a creature. He had seen quite a few people have reoccurring memory loss. He's also seen many a strange creatures that despite being weaker than their adversary, merely grin at a cold blade at their neck. Yet he has never seen a being have a quick memory loss, call him silly even though he could easily rip the boy to shreds, then just absently pet his arm. People are such strange creatures, aren't they?
Shi made no move when the little neko questioned him with a sense of never haven met the anei youkai. Regardless, Shi doesn't answer the question but continue to look at the boy with an emotionless look on his face. Then suddenly something clicks in the boy's mind and he remembers who Shi is, or rather what the boy thinks Shi is. Considering a few seconds on whether he should answer or not, he decides a simple answer should suffice. "You were just being 'silly'" Shi says quietly. His hair unraveling from the neko's neck and settling softly against his body. As if his hair was not capable of moving from his side without any 'help' from the wind or something.
Thinking over what has happened over the few minutes, he decided he had stayed long enough around the white flower, which he just happened to remembered were called Moly. A white flower with black roots. Getting up with a movement to brush off the boy from his arm, he looks out towards the horizon with tiny thoughts of where to go next. It would be best for him to return back to his cave and at once get to work on the antidotes. His thoughts are intruded when he hears Dai's question as to where he would be going. Surely the boy has no intentions of following Shi, right? After all silly little boys shouldn't hang around dangerous people. Silly boys have a habit of getting themselves into trouble, but if the boy would insist he would make no interjection against it. He is after all, not Shi's responsibility.
With out giving any signs of answering the child's question he starts to walk off towards his forest. Looking over his shoulder to see if Dai is following him, he decides to make a head gesture to signal that he doesn't mind Dai tagging along if he wishes. After all, more the merrier. | [cs=2] |
