Quiet l Shy l Fearful of both humans and demons l Kind

Yuka is a gentle half breed who can be both kind and frightening. She won't hesitate run away or defend herself when caught in a corner. It's because of her past experiences that Yuka is typically terrified of both humans and demons alike, and in fact there is only a handful of people whom she would trust. Instinctively, Yuka will either run away when she see's someone who frightens her or hide in a corner.

This girl treasures all of her friends and despite always fearing the people around her, she won't hesitate if it means risking her own life to save another. A peculiar part of Yuka's personality is what she may start calling someone after growing affectionate towards them. Depending on the age, she will call them sister/brother for people around her own age, cousin for those who are slightly older, Auntie or Uncle for those who are much older and so one.

ABILITIES:

Kariamu;;Although Yuka doesn't realize it yet, she has a special ability which allows her to walk through any barrier. This is a special ability past down to her from her clan. Every female in the wolf demon clan [including half breeds] has this ability.

In its earlier stages, all she can do is walk through barriers. As this power grows it will allow the child to create her own protective barriers in order to help out her comrades. Of course this ability doesn't come without a price. The first weakness it has is when walking through barriers, it's an unpredictable skill which doesn't last very long. If the barrier she's walking through is too strong or too large then the ability will nullify or run out leaving her caught in the middle.

Creating a barrier takes up both demonic energy and spiritual power. It takes intense concentration which she sometimes lacks and is strongest when a full moon is over head in the sky.

Yoriamose;;This is also an ability past down to each female of the wolf demon clan. Yori is a special healing skill which it's user can activate when she is asleep. However this is done Unknowingly and Yuka must first have strong feelings towards that person for it to take effect.

As Yuka grows, so does this ability. It will eventually allow her to use it while awake and on anyone. But to use it one must first understand that they take on about half the damage the other person received. Even so, this technique is only fatal if attempting to use it while trying to revive someone who has just past on or has near fatal injuries which could result in their death.

The mind of a child is where the revolution begins

Yuka was born to a mighty demon wolf pack which governed the entire Northern Region. Despite the many demons in the pack hating half breeds like herself, many others cared for and protected the half breeds in her clan. Including her father.

It was because of this that the first three years of her life were happy ones. Normally the half breeds in her clan were separated and lived in different villages with their human halves. Daireko, Yuka's father had set aside an area in the pack lands for half breeds who had lost their human parents. Including those who had not originally been born into this clan.

Everything changed one day however, on Yuka's third birthday her mother past away. Her father had taken her to the pack lands where many other half demons were living, she and her twin brother would no longer be alone.

During this time there was much bickering amongst the rest of the pack about whether or not they should keep protecting these poor half breeds. In a way it was probably the main reason the pack fell and split apart to begin with.

Yuka could remember one day as a small army of humans forced their way in by passing the barrier which had been weakened by all these events. They came with only one purpose, to kill. The battle lasted several days, days in which many of the half breed children used to hide themselves. Their efforts proved futile however, when the fighting ceased and they discovered that their chief and many of the older wolf demons in their tribe.

Everything had happened so quickly that Yuka could barely remember anything after the fact. Those humans had strange weapons which had quickly subdued all the last remaining demons and half breeds. This of course, included Yuka as well as her twin brother Yezu and her older brother Kiren. Thankfully however, Yuka had realized that her older sister and elder brother were no where to be found.

This was the end of the pitiful wolf demon tribe as the last remaining members had become the slaves of the humans.
